Overall had very enjoyable stay on a true vacation. We loved the comfy location next to the lake in the cozy area. Plus, Yamanakasuwa Shrine was within easy reach.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. Ideal location of the hotel in front of the bus stop. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Forte Legame that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Everything was wonderful, favourable location right on the lake, the staff were kind. Location: the hotel was near the center, activities around Yamanakako, and the Mt. Fuji surrounding area. Tried some nice meals at Izakaya Sushikyu, located just next door to the property...

I had an amazing time at this cozy guesthouse near the lake. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me plan my Mount Fuji trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop and the beautiful lake. I also enjoyed renting a bike to explore the area. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the need to rent towels and the occasional snoring in the shared sleeping area, I would highly recommend this guesthouse. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back in the future.

I had the most amazing stay at this cozy guesthouse in a great location near the beautiful Yamanaka lake. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and their English was perfect for foreigners like me. The house was beautifully decorated with cute ornaments, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere. I loved hanging out in the living area, playing games and enjoying warm drinks on the traditional Japanese kotatsu. The dorm room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The guesthouse was also conveniently close to restaurants and had bike rental and laundry facilities. an unforgettable experience that I would love to repeat.

We had an incredible stay at Guesthouse Murabito! The staff was so helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our experience amazing. They provided us with loaned mountain gear, fresh peaches, and even answered all of our questions in English. The place itself was beautifully designed in a western style, with a stunning garden for relaxation. We loved having access to a well-equipped kitchen where we could cook our own meals. The location was perfect, with a bus stop and a beautiful lake just a short walk away. We also highly recommend visiting the nearby onsen and ¥100 store.
